Two ways to log in

The same login screen serves two very different audiences, with two distinct code systems. First work out which one applies to you.

Admin, Technician

Maintenance Team

  • You click the big "Maintenance access" tile (left half of the screen), then select your personal name from the list.
  • You enter your own personal secret code.
  • You land on the GMAO home screen, with all its tiles (Entry & History, Schedule, KPI...).
Production, Quality, Safety, HR, Accounting, Logistics, Agronomy...

Other services

  • You click the big "Other departments" tile (right half), then your department's tile (e.g. Production, Quality).
  • You enter your department code (the same for the whole team). Until it is entered, the list of people is not shown. You then click your name.
  • You enter your personal code (at your very first login you choose one — at least 4 characters — and confirm it), then you land on the "Submit a work request" portal, not on the GMAO.

Other services only: two codes protect access — the department code first, then your personal code. You land on your department's portal, and the GMAO records who signed in: for your own work requests you no longer have to retype a code, you are already identified. Everything is explained in the dedicated article on the request portal.

Logging in

No email address or classic password here: the screen is split into two big tiles. You click the one that matches you, a small window opens, then you enter your code.

The login screen: Maintenance access on the left, the other departments on the right.
1

Click your tile

"Maintenance access" for the Maintenance team: a window opens with the "Who are you?" list, where you find your personal name. "Other departments" for the other teams: pick your department's tile (e.g. Quality) and type the department code; the list of people then appears and you click your name.

2

Enter the matching code

Maintenance team: your personal secret code. Other departments: first your department's code, then, after clicking your name, your personal code; at your first login, you choose one and confirm it. The code is masked on screen, like a password; the little eye on the right of the field lets you show it to check what you typed.

3

Click "SE CONNECTER" (Log in)

You're automatically redirected to your home screen.

Never received a code, or need to change it? Use the "Change my secret code" link under the login button, or ask an administrator.

Changing language

The whole GMAO — this login screen included — is available in French, English and Dutch.

1

Spot the three "FR / EN / NL" boxes

They're shown at the top right of the login screen, and in the top bar on every page once you're logged in.

2

Click the language you want

The page reloads instantly in that language — no need to log in again.

3

The choice is remembered

You only need to do it once per device/browser: the GMAO then remembers your language on every visit.

Only the interface itself is translated (menus, buttons, labels). Content that you or your colleagues have entered — machine names, intervention reports, categories created in Settings, etc. — stays displayed exactly as written, whichever language is selected.

If something goes wrong

A red message appears if the name and code don't match.

The red message shows at the top of the screen and the window reopens on your account. It doesn't specify which of the two fields is wrong — that's intentional, for security.

Before trying again, check in order:

1. Is the right name (and, for a department, the right tile) selected?
2. Is the code typed without a space or typo?
3. Is Caps Lock not left on?

Still stuck? Contact an administrator to have them check or reset your code — the account may also be deactivated. After several wrong codes in a row (8 by default), entry is <b>blocked for a few minutes</b> for the person concerned: wait before trying again.

Your home screen

The screen shown right after logging in isn't the same for everyone: it depends on the account used. Two scenarios, each shown below with an illustration (fictitious data).

Maintenance Team: the full GMAO

With an admin or technician account, you land on the GMAO's tile screen: the starting point for all its functions (Logging & History, Shift logbook, Schedule, KPI...). Each tile shows its title, a description and a coloured action line ("Log a work order", "View the schedule"...).

The GMAO home screen seen by an administrator, with the information card that appears when the mouse hovers a tile (here the Shift logbook).

On a computer, hover a tile with the mouse: an information card in the tile's colours appears next to it, with its full description, three points on what you will find there and "Click to open". On a folder, it lists the tiles it contains. On tablets and phones there is no hover: the tile simply opens when touched.

The same page seen by a technician: every tile is visible, but those reserved for administrators are greyed out with a lock.

Every maintenance team account has the same home page layout: an administrator arranges the tiles, and the change applies to everyone. With a technician account, the tiles reserved for administrators (Preventive, Technician Stats, KPI, Received Ideas, Settings, Activity Log, User Management, Services Portal) appear greyed out with a lock. That's not an error: those functions simply aren't part of your day-to-day.

Who arranges the tiles? An administrator, with the small "⋯" button in the banner (or by holding a tile): order, folders and hidden tiles. The change applies immediately to every account (administrators and technicians). A technician cannot move the tiles.

The version number (for example "v1.5.0") at the top right of every page is clickable: it opens the Changelog, the day-by-day list of new features and fixes. It is available to every account, including service accounts.

Once on the GMAO screens, a round button top-left () opens the full side menu at any time, to navigate without going back to the home screen. (The round button you see on this help page just takes you back.)

Other services: the Services Portal

With a service account (Production, Quality, Safety, HR, Accounting, Logistics, Agronomy...), you land on a much simpler 4-tile page, designed for your day-to-day needs: submit a work request, track its status, suggest an improvement idea, or check the help.

The Services Portal home screen — 4 tiles: New request, Tracking, Ideas, Help.

This page gives access to no function of the GMAO itself: it's a simplified, fully guided entry point. Each tile is detailed in the dedicated article on the request portal, also accessible from the "Help & FAQ" tile of the portal itself.
